‘Rule The World’ have been recognised as the Number 1 Take That tribute act in the world. They recently appeared alongside Nicole Kidman, Hugh Bonneville, Julie Walters and THE REAL TAKE THAT on BBC1’s ‘The Graham Norton Show’. After hearing Dan Maines speak, a stunned Gary Barlow said in amazement “He sounds like me!”. Gary then also praised the band saying “These guys are good!”.
‘Rule The World’ have also been featured on ITV1′s ‘Daybreak’ and have had rave reviews from many people including TV personality Ricky Tomlinson, Denise Van Outen. Jason Orange’s mother and Mr GARY BARLOW himself who tweeted the band to say he thought they are “brilliant”. They are the ONLY Take That tribute show in the land to have ever been praised by Take That’s lead singer!

Dan Maines is Gary Barlow
Born in Stockport, Manchester very close to the real Mr. Gary Barlow himself, Dans varied musical career, which began aged 7, has seen him win plaudits as percussionist for the national Youth Brass Band and the world-famous Black Dyke Band and score record-breaking successes on the professional karaoke circuit before finding his role as Gary Barlow in the show.
A multi-talented musician who can play drums, trombone, guitar and piano, Dan auditioned for the part of Gary Barlow back in 2007 and hasn’t looked back since.
About getting the job, Dan said “Being a Take That and Gary Balow fan, I was ecstatic about getting the job and couldn’t wait to get started. 15 years later and I’m enjoying the job more than ever.”

Gabriel Keogh is Howard Donald
Gabriel is in his eight year touring with rule the world, having worked previously with both the West Yorkshire Playhouse and opera north in Leeds.
Other theatre based credits include Taming of the Shrew (Petruchio), Betrayal (Jerry) and Midsummer Nights Dream (Puck).
